The team that once brought you the craziest party to hit Louisville, Sully's, is excited to return and bring back not only that same insane experience late at night, but showcase delectable, locally inspired food all day long.
Sullivan's Tap House is excited to have local chef Stephen Dunn lead the way on it’s soon to be lunch and dinner hot spot food program. Utilizing equipment left from it's former BBC St. Matthews tenants, Chef Dunn will be highlighting pizzas and other "bar-centric" menu items all with local ingredients and flair. Having the only private party room in St. Matthews, Sullivan's will offer a full lunch, dinner and private party menus, including Kentucky Blue Catfish Bites, Hot Brown Sliders and Bacon wrapped Shrimp.
Lead investors on the Sullivan Tap House project want to be sure that customers remember this isn't opening to be your Grandfather's Saloon. While the minds that brought you Sully's did grow up, and want to showcase a location that reflect the more refined gastropub experience, the late night party is set to create memories for their guests to remember.
